Since 2009 we have been producing craft ales in the wonderful Prato valley, surrounded by Apennines and Carmignano’s Hills, just a step from the well know Florence.
We strongly believe in a Made in Italy Ale, natural and without chemicals addition, unfiltered, unpasteurized, refermented and aged in bottle. We are young and passionate about discovering new tastes and styles, we have fun interpreting traditional styles, experimenting continuosly but always with the idea of “drink it easy!”.
