AMERICAN PALE ALE

Light ale with the abundant addition of hops during the tank aging. This technique gives it citrus and resinous notes. The freshness of the hops is reminiscent of grapefruit, passion fruit and pineapple.

Ingredients:

water, barley malt, hop, yeast

Malto: pilsen, pale ale
Luppolo: simcoe, cascade, columbus, amarillo
