Do you know the beer style?

In Blanche style, not only barley malt is used, but also wheat (not malted).

The latter’s proteins, together with the use of yeast, explain why these beers have a more veiled appearance than the others. They are often spiced with aromas or essences, in the specific case coriander which increases the olfactory power of the beer.
